VanMate Extended Forks Kit VM1-KF03

VanMate extended forks lifting kit is a modular and portable 3 piece system which can be assembled, or disassembled, in under 15 seconds.

The trolley, mast and forks also comes with a belt securing attachment, which is included to offer additional security and stability when manoeuvring bulky loads.

The lifting and handling kit with extended forks is ideally suited to:

• Tool Chests & Building Materials
• Compressors, Generators & Batteries
• Flight Cases & Other General Load Types

The kit contains:

• VM1-M800 x 250 Lifting Mast - an optimised height for van use.
• VM-T01 Drum & Tote Trolley - the primary VanMate multi-use trolley, compatible with a variety of load types.  The trolley features independently braked rear swivel castors and precision ball bearing technology for rotation and swivel operation.
• VM1-F01 Extended forks
• VM1-B01 Belt securing attachment

VanMate uses our patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift up to 6 times faster for light or no loads, saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.

Durable and low-maintenance, it’s a highly cost-effective alternative to fixed handling equipment.

The trolley and mast can be used with other attachments from the VanMate range to extend the usage of the equipment and allow safe movement of other heavy loads.
