For handling pallets up to 1000mm x 1200mm, with upgraded heavy duty rear castors and front rollers for uneven surfaces.

VanMate terrain pallet handling kit for UK sized pallets up to 1000mm x 1200mm is a modular and portable 3 piece system which can be assembled, or disassembled, in under 15 seconds.

The kit contains:

• VM1-M800 x 250 Lifting Mast - an optimised height for van use
• VM-T11 Trolley - For straddling the outside of 1000mm x 1200mm UK pallets. Features upgraded heavy duty rear castors and large front rollers
• VM1-F01 Extended forks

VanMate uses our patented ‘DuoPump’ foot-operated hydraulic lifting technology. DuoPump is a two speed, in-line pump system that ‘senses’ the load and automatically adjusts the lifting speed accordingly, unlike conventional foot-operated devices where the lift speed is fixed and determined by the maximum load.

Durable and low-maintenance, it’s a highly cost-effective alternative to fixed handling equipment.

The trolley and mast can be used with other attachments from the VanMate range to extend the usage of the equipment and allow safe movement of other heavy loads.
