VanMate Tote Handling Kit VM1-KF01

VanMate tote lifting kit is ideal for handling most standard 600mm x 400mm wide plastic totes and attached lid containers.

Comprised of 3 pieces - a trolley, mast and a forks attachment - the unit can be assembled, or disassembled, in under 15 seconds.

The tote forks are ideally suited to handling:

• Open top picking crates
• Stackable boxes
• Attached Lid Containers
• Toolboxes and trays
• Pre-loaded container trollies

The 800mm lifting mast and standard trolley provide smooth, controlled movement in and out of vans with independently braked rear swivel castors and precision ball bearing technology for rotation and swivel operation.

VanMate uses our patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift up to 6 times faster for light or no loads, saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.
