VanMate Ultimate Handling Kit VM1-KE01

VanMate VM1-KE01 is the ultimate portable lifting and handling kit.  Optimised for delivery drivers - increasing safety and giving versatility to lifting and moving a wide variety of items up to 250kg.

VanMate generally comprises 3 pieces - trolley, mast and relevant attachment for the load. The kit can be assembled, or disassembled, in under 15 seconds for fast turnaround.

• Drum gripping attachment and drum harness

Drum & Tote Trolley: primary VanMate multi-use trolley, used for moving drums, totes and engines.

Pallet Access Trolley: 60° angled trolley ideal for accessing pallet corners and drum bunds, manoeuvring from bund to van.

Drum Gripping Attachment: secures most plastic and metal drums around the top lip. Curved base supports 285mm diameter/205L metal and plastic drums up to 250kg.  Suitable for:

• Metal Oil drums - Engine Oil, Machine Lubricant
• Plastic Drums - AdBlue and other chemicals
• Fuels, Biodiesel & Gasoline drums
• Waste Oil and Grease reclamation using metal drums with removable lid

VanMate Slider & Handle: Allows heavy drums to be stored more safely near the bulkhead, helping balance the centre of gravity of the van.

Flat Lifting Plate: Ideally suited to handling flat-bottom goods with low ground clearance, such as machinery, appliances and boxed parcels.

Extended Forks: designed for handling mechanical parts or machinery, often suspended in a pre-fabricated stillage or crate.  Suitable for:

DuoPump Technology: VanMate uses the patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift 6 times faster for light loads. Saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.

Braked Rear Castors: Using precision ball bearing for rotation and swivel operation, both castors are fitted with braking mechanisms which brake both the swivel and rotation to allow additional security on inclines.
